How do you deal with ya noisy neighbours ?

I Was just wondering if you ever had noisy neighbours and how do you dealt with them ?

I've had noisy neighbours before, but it's never been a really frequent problem. It only really happens once in a blue moon, so I put up with it whenever it happens.

My neighbours houses are spaced widely apart because there's driveways separating two sides of the front gardens.

My neighbors on the right side are noisy and the neighbors on my left are drug dealers. I don't cause waves because I record music at my house so there's no point to start getting cops involved out here. If it really bothers you though, you can call a noise complaint. They can have three warnings in a night before there's a noise violation charge.

Edit: Also...if you aren't afraid of them or conflict in general you can always try talking to them. Sometimes people are just on auto-pilot and unaware.

i will visit them to ask for silence only once, if they are not home, i will put a message in their mailbox and after that, i will turn berserk because i cannot stand noise and people with no respect for their neighbours.

also, it depends of the noise, sometimes you will need to do more like domestic and child abuse or if it's an animal issue.

I tend to ignore it. Although, if it's late at night and I got shit to do the following morning I'll get out of my house and beat their ass.

I bake cookies, that's what I do. I go all the way to Wal-Mart, get the materials, come home, and bake cookies. While i'm beating the cookie batter, and adding my secret ingredient, all my anger is gone. I march out my house with my delicious treats in hand, knock on the door, and wait for them to answer. So, once they do I smile sheepishly and offer them some cookies, of course they accept because they're greedy hooligans, but as I walk off, I take one glance back to make sure they ate it. Want to know what my secret ingredient was? Bleach. They always end up gone by the next day.

Dunno. We were always the noisy neighbours. Sometimes our fellow neighbours would come and ask us to be more quiet. It works for like 15 minutes you can try that.
