You don't need just the body to resurrect someone. he may have gotten their blood from their battles.

I think the only one even capable of coming back is Oro. The rest are pretty much out of question unless Hidan can put himself back together again under a pile of rubble.

Second, why not Jiraiya, if Kabuto can find dna from 100's of years ago, why not less than a year ago?

hidan is still alive , his soul is still not dead , as he said he will dig his way out and bite shkimaru to death xd
edo summons souls , so no summoning hidan , but he might comeback some other way
jiraiya is logically possible , but not till the war end , because kabutp will have to travel their , and that is if kabuto survives the war
