How do u +rep people?

Ive seen people saying this on threads, is there an actual spot to go and +rep people? Or do you just say it and it sorta happens :shrug:

click the green flag in the top right corner of their post and it'll allow you to either + or - rep people.

Rep is seen in the green bars under your username and stuff. It is given by either pressing the green flag above a post, looks like this

or by clicking this button(on some threads)

You must be registered for see images

Also the amount of rep you have is divided into bars(as stated), and also titles. Like this:

You must be registered for see images

Negative rep is given when clicking the same flag, but choose the option "I dissapprove" post, something. Hope this helps ^^
