Just get scanline brushes from the internet, download them and use them in Photoshop...

I use a scanline stock o.o lower the opacity and stretch a lil to make it fit and it works out perfectly fine

Hmm I see. The video shows u makin it a pattern and u can chuck it on.... Seems easier n simpler that way...

Yeah, I was too lazy to look up a tut xd and sometimes I want scanlines to go with the flow of the render/stock so yeah.. but I'll probably make a pattern for it later.

I don't use scanlines anyways and it's the easy way

patterns give the best quality , and you can use that method for other things as well like old paper effect and other stuff as well
