How do they do it?

When A new chapter comes out people like ForneverWorld always release a review hours after it is released. My question is, how the hell do they always get a well colored image so fast?!? Seriously i couldn't find an image of Madara with 3 rinnegan till 3 days after the chapter was released! Even if they have a fan or some one making colored images for them the second the chapter is out... How do they color it all in so fast?

They probably have guys who make them right away for them to use.
