How do people have two?

The more you post the higher your rank, i think a 1000 posts or something is Jounin Rank.

Read the Global forum rules. You can find them on top of sticky threads as annoucement in all the forums. There are sticky threads on top of normal threads in different sections. Check those out for more information.

Making threads in the wrong section as well as double or multi- posting and pointless posts, just to raise post count are considered spamming. Keep that in mind as people often ignore this in a rush to gain ranks and end up being infracted.
