How do One Piece Characters stack up to Naruto characters in a whole?

Well non-ninja in Naruto-verse also don't have it.... . So the Samurai are immune to it? or The normal living people?

Everyone in the Narutoverse has chakra, some just don't train to utilize it. Samurai have also been shown using it.

OP characters don't have it, so Genjutsu is useless.

In naruto, chakra network is like life energy/chi (something of that sort).
Its what makes human being, and everyone has it, some just can't utilize it.
One piece character should have something similar since they are alive, so genjutsu/illusion will work.

First of all.. Luffy is able to beat alot of naruto characters like pretty much the 5 Kages (individually) and probably fight on EMS Sasukes level (maybe) but he's not even top tier in the one piece verse! Haha luffy is on vice admiral level and frankly the 3 admirals would solo the narutoverse, Kizaru could wipe out any current shinobi on the battlefield including Madara and Hashirama and Kizaru would be fodderized by Whitebeard or possibly Shanks, people really underestimate the OP verse

one piece characters are stonger then naruto characters and its only halfway through the series.....by the end it wont even be comparable

This...most OP characters are stacked up in ways that completely defeat the Narutoverse....to start, Logia types would be virtual gods in the Narutoverse.

After that, some OP characters have abilities that completely screw over the Narutoverse...aside from Haki, people like Robin can just break necks with no problem. Doflamingo would just take over people and kill them. Moriah is a walking Edo Tensei Jutsu. Kuma literally repels things. Whitebeard wrecks the Earth. Heck no swordsman can defeat Buggy...

We haven't even seen the full potential of most of our upper tier OP characters.

Take out the broken Uchihas, Hashirama, and Naruto and One Piece just pisses on the Narutoworld. Add those characters and it would be interesting but I'd still give it to One Piece.
