How do Naruto fell into Itachi's genjutsu , Cox he is a Host and Host doesn't fell into any type of Genjutsu ? I am kinda lost with this stuff.

Well, Naruto and Kurama were not buddies back then. Back then, they were at each others throat, so Kurama didn't release the genjutsu. That's my guess.
