How do Kage Bunshi(Element Variations) work?

I mean, when this jutsu is used all clones have thier own conscience and will?
We see when Naruto made his first clones, they would fight among themselves, and other times they just help him create the Rasengan. Do any of you has some ideia of how it works could explain it??

I still Think Naruto Controls them in a way they do it by them self...(sorta with his MInd)
cauze in The Road to Ninja we saw what teh Naruto Clone did ...they played with him..insteed of running away or shit

I believe it just makes a perfect copy of you. When the situation is serious, it can for example help make a rasengan, but if its not serious, it might also fool around.

Well considering that they are all him, they should all think what he's thinking and do what he/they plan to do together....almost like a hive mind sort of

sure why..not..like the other said..they are actually all him

They are actually him they share the same mind everything so they know what's going on.. example : When he was learning rasen-shuriken.. his bunshin and that from kakashi went into the forest to play a game.. The bunshin knew that cause he had a mind for his own and shit.. when naruto released him the info he got from the bunshin went to himself. so they share the same mind and know what to do

they are just clones of the user which also means they have the same habits, brain and techniques but with their strenght cut in half or less depending on how much chakra the user puts in. EX: Madara made wood clones jutsu and put enough chakra in all of them so they could use susanoo. So the clone is just like the user but weaker.

I believe that the clones are programmed the moment Naruto makes the hand seals. Whatever he is thinking prior to making the clones, the clones will act upon that. The way I see it, I think Naruto forms the handseals, programs his clones to "Rush opponent" and then that's when the clones come out and all start trying to fight said opponent with a variant to Naruto's fighting style.
