[Question] How do i recieve group notifications

Like i recieve a notification on the front page for messages and rep.

Its hard to keep up with group discussions and posts if i dont get a note, i wnt to be able to get a notice everytime someone creates a new discussion or something?

If this isn't implemented i think it would be a good suggestion
