You pm/vm them (Asking them in a polite manner). Be sure to read their profile message first (If any), as they often detail their conditions, along with if they are accepting students or not. Some also have applications threads (This too is sometimes mention in their profile intro), which you will have to wait for them to reopen it and then fill out their template.

This is a list of Sensei. Go onto some of their profiles and see if they are accepting students for the area you want to be trained in. Then ask them politely for training =D

That Sensei and Teacher Stuff is something I never understood. Why do you need one ? Is that only for the RPG or do I get any benefit on the regular forum ? And what do do the Senseis do if they don't accept Students, I mean isn't it the duty of Teacher to have Students ? Thats buzzing me now for some time =D

You need a sensei to teach you the jutsu, and properly train you on how to use it effectively. In other words, they are to help you become an competent rper. They also answer questions about rp battles (and jutsu as well), and may assist in any disputes arising in said battles.

To my knowledge, they don't have a role outside RP. So you can't benefit from them as regular member.

Well they are allowed to have a certain amount of students, after all teaching 100 students doesn't sound very practical. So if they decline students, it could be that they have too many at the time. Also, it could be that they are busy handling matters in their life, and can't accept students at the time. But, if a sensei appears not to be teaching simply because they don't want to, then yes, they are subject to be de-senseid.

Senseis who don't, barely teach or don't teach very well, will lose their status sooner or later.
For confirmation,
