By increasing posts.
The Ranks are as follows ->
Genin - 50 posts
Chunin - 200 Posts
Special Jounin - 550 Posts
Jounin - 1,050 Posts
S-Class Ninja - 2,400 Posts
Sannin - 4,300 Posts
Kage - 8,000 Posts
Sage - 10,000 Posts
Grim - 30,000 Posts
Currently I have 8000+ posts so I'm a Kage right now.
Since you have less than 50 posts you don't have a rank
