Go to your account (should be top right), and you'll see a tree on the left with a shit ton of links. In the middle, there is edit avatar (picture under name), and edit signature.

You will have to code your Sig, though. It's not art all difficult, but I don't know what you want. Basics;

You must be registered for see images

This will put the image in. Keep it within the rules. Medium size picture, not full wallpaper.

These brackets will center everything it is around. If you want your entire sing centered, you'd use those brackets with the first on at beginning, and second at very end

Other then that, it's just more basic codes. Like text size, bolt, italic, font, col our' etc.
