how do i make a custom bio?

Can i create my own character for my bio? I've read all the rules and read a couple approved bios lol i tried to cram all this in ten minutes and im getting alittle confused. I looked for threads for this but couldn't find anything. lol a guide for a bio would be nice t oxd
