[Question] How do I get the Village Bar above my Avatar?

I see some people have the Leaf Village, Cloud Village, Sand Village etc and have wondered how I get one myself.

I already am part of the Kumogakure permission group, but I don't know what to do from there.

Go to Permission Groups where you go to edit your avatar, its near the Middle
