You have to get like a render and change the size to the right size then go to user cp, then edit signature, hen you haf to press the button that looks like a mountain and insert the URL of the image.

okay so i have an image and i put the url in the mountain thing, then i clicked save changes but nothing happened

You did it wrong..
Did you right click on the image you wanted and press copy location?
And then paste it in between

oh go to the user cp and go to edit signature
the rest is self explanatory

You have to copy the whole URL then press the mountain thing. And then you have to delete what is there and once it's clear paste it.
