How do I get a Picture under my messages?

I see people on these forums having a picture or writing underneath there message or post on a forum, like it would be like this:

( Insert Image here etc )

Everytime I try to do it, it stays in the same box like this

(Insert image here )
____________________

I need help on this, Thank you. ​

User cp> edit signature. also you can only have up to 2 images (3 if you have premium) 2 lines of text (3 if you have premium) also remember signatures shouldnt pass the maximum size which is (650x300)
