How do I change my username?

I have recently bought the premium membership and I am wondering how do I change my username? Also what else can I do with this membership? Or can I even change my username?

I know that you can change your username :y but how? that I dunno :shrug:
And I think you can only change it once every month...

or winning a contest with 1st place and getting a cyan name


Now, after that you have to PM an admin(the red guys) saying something like :
Username :
New Username :
with the title "requesting username change" or something like that.

Also, you have premium, so just PM an admin.
