[Question] How do I change my profile canvas/background?

This may be a stupid question, but I didn't have the time to edit it. Can someone tell me how, or even post some tutorial pictures? And where do you get the pictures?

Go to customize profile, you'll see a profile background option and click on that. You should a window pop up that allows you to change the color or to add a image.
