Get a 2 year associates degree in accounting at a college (doesn't have to be state, could be community). Once you apply and they see you have the certifications and the maturity to work at their bank, the job is pretty much guaranteed.
While attending school for your associates, you can seek an internship at any bank or near by corporate business, this gets you on the job experience and gives you something of value to the bank that can hire you.
