How do Elwood joggers fit?

For their size its small, medium, large and extra large.
But I don't know what waist size (Ex:31, 29,28) small is and the same for the rest.
I'm a 29-30 and I want to know what would be the appropriate size to order for me small or medium)

I would guess a medium, (Judging by standard) though it might be a little loose. I would just email the company.
