How do edos use jutsu

As we know combining spiritual energy with physical mskes jutsu.
I can understand them having spiritual energy but physical? How can a corpse have physical energy?
That would mean they have a pulse which means they have blood,which they dont

If you ask me, I think the physical energy comes from the Sacrificial body. This is also the reason perhaps that all the Edos had sacrificial bodies who were ninjas, Dattebayo!

they only need chakra to perform jutsu , which may not be generated by the same mechanism mentioned in the OP in the case of edo tensei

And the sacrifices must be alive in order for edo tensei to succed. This reasoning makes sense.
