How did you get into naruto?

Yup. I also watched dbz and pokemon chronicals. Dbz was awesome on Toonami, so awesome I went broke purchasing box sets.

toonami, then a friend showed me the manga, then i found manga-stream, but i found that this site had the episodes earlier. i was hooked. even watched all the episodes in with dubs. just to get caught up with what the states havent got to yet.

When I saw the advertisement on TOONAMI I thought it looked really cool. Is Toonami still around? I remember sitting around on Saturday waiting to catch the next episode of DBZ back in elementary school on that. Good times....

English dub for dbz was really good only english dub show i thought was really good didn't like english sub doe goku vocie was like little kid

Okay I was 10 years old, just moved to a new city, and I finally got my cable and I was feeling so depressed because I moved away from my old city. I put it on Toonami (old school shit with Tom) and I saw the first episode I felt sooooo good and ever since that I been watching/reading Naruto.

I saw clips in the you tube while searching for certain songs. There were thousands of clips. The anime caught my interest and the rest is history.

I first started reading the translated version of the manga.

I saw the Lee - Gaara fight at a friends place, many years ago, and then 4 years ago a classmate was watching it and I started downloading it and got hooked.

The company responsible for translating manga into Dutch (which is my mother language) translated Shaman King and Yu-Gi-Oh first and then Naruto followed a few months later. My mum bought the first volume for me when it came out and ever since then I was hooked XD Now I collect them both in Dutch and English because the English version is way ahead of the Dutch one (I believe they are now on volume 54 in the English version - correct me if I'm wrong - and in Dutch volume 31 still has to be released). And because I'm impatient and eager to know how it continues I started buying the English one too. I continue the Dutch version just because it would look stupid otherwise to have a part in Dutch and the last part in English XD
And after reading the manga, I started with watching Shippuden first and then the first part XD

Netflix suggested Naruto and I watched them all in a month, then found Shippuden and have been catching up ever since. All since Sept.

I started watching it with my friend Stefania in high school. Then got really tired of the show and a girl in one of my classes gave me a site to read the manga on and read it for a long time. And then I started watching the show again when I met my boyfriend because he's a super huge Naruto fan.

Long story short:

* Friend with a broken PC.
* Friend watch Naruto with headphones at my place, on my PC, while I'm watching TV, movies or playing some games (Yeah I got everything in my room).
* Thought it looked dull, but never really cared and let him watch it every time a new episode came out.
* This went on forever as he never got his PC fixed or got a new one.
* After watching like 20 episodes at my place, I started getting curious and/or "forced" to watch too as I had nothing else to do and was bored at sometimes.
* Gave it a shot and started watching the first couple of episodes.
* Got hooked... >_>
