Fearing death is normal.
Its a survival instinct, very hard to get away from.
But you might wanna consider that living eternally is a far more terrifying thing.

As for the loss of others, if you hate them, probably doesnt cause you much pain anyway.
If you loved them, try to remember the good things about them, and be grateful you had good experiences with them in the first place.
Dont look at it as someone you lost, look at the things you gained when they we're alive.

I never used to be. I used to freak out all the time about it, it drove me insane. I'd cry my heart out knowing we all had to die. Then I realized that if I spent all my time crying, then I wouldn't get to do anything before it's my time. All I did was accept fate.
