how did uchiha shisui awaken his mangyekou ?

according to what i've seen so far , the uchihas have to kill a fellow uchiha to get the mangyekou sharingan . itachi died so sasuke could get his .
obito died for kakashi to get his or i'm not too sure how kakashi came about his either but i'm sure this assumption will do for now .
so my question is .. how did uchiha shisui get his ?
we all know how madara and his brother got theirs
and we know how the clan in itachi's era refrained from killing each other
evidence of the time when the police came to question itach about shisui
so there !!!

Why do people ask questions that arent yet revealed in manga U_U

U false informed ... Sasuke got MS after learning the "thruth" about Itachi by Tobi. And Kakashi didnt get MS after Obito died as he got it after the time skip U_U he trained the Sharingan so it evolved into MS. Hard training or very emotional experence unlock MS. And Shisui might got it by losing someone important or just training hard like Kakashi
