how did u expect hashirama to act?(personality)

How did u see hashirama before 619 and and how did u expect him to act?
just wanna know

I thought he would be strict and more like tobirama and tobirama would be like meh
Based off how they acted in pt1 and the way they seemed seemed in storm generation
Kishi definitely trolled me U_U
