How did Tsunade survive the bisection?

I srsly try to figure it out. Sasuke took a stab and almost died.

Stabbed in the heart.

Sakura took a stab by Sasori and was done for.

Almost via poisonining.

Madara got stabbed in the chest by Hashirama ~> would have died without Izanagi.Hashirama wanted to stab himself with a Kunai. Same goes to Neji and the other 4 Kage, from the look Madara must have attacked them with the Susanoo sword and they were about to die.

- Stabbed in the heart as well.
- If Hashirama stabs himself, then he hits the most critical part of his body. He won't use his healing ability when makes a martyr choice.
- Neji was almost hit had he not seen through Kidomaru's attack. Plus, he actually was killed.
- Or Madara just wanted to either spare the Kages or let them a slow and very painful death. There are other methods Madara can use to output the same results

So how come Tsunade is this durable? I don't try to discredit this feat, it's just I can't see what makes her this special surviving a bisection,because this far next to Tsunade only Juubi Jins tanked it.

- That is not a durability ot tanking feat since she got bisected through. It's endurance and feat of her longetivity that the Uzuamkis were hyped for.
- Third Raikage shits on the tree.
