How did Tsunade survive the bisection?

I srsly try to figure it out. Sasuke took a stab and almost died. Sakura took a stab by Sasori and was done for. Madara got stabbed in the chest by Hashirama ~> would have died without Izanagi.Hashirama wanted to stab himself with a Kunai. Same goes to Neji and the other 4 Kage, from the look Madara must have attacked them with the Susanoo sword and they were about to die.

So how come Tsunade is this durable? I don't try to discredit this feat, it's just I can't see what makes her this special surviving a bisection,because this far next to Tsunade only JuubiJins tanked it.

She couldn't use the Seal to it's fullest potential tho. She was healing 4 deadly injured guys as well.
