How did Tobi revive Sasuke when Onoiki...

I've been thinking how Tobi revived Sasuke when Onoiki used jinton on him
during the kage summit.
Note;Onoiki jinton surpases kekkei genkai,it's a kekkei touta(combination of three different element) whic even turned 25 susano'o clones into dust and also forced Madara to get serious.Tobi easily brought Sasuke back without any difficulty, how did he do that ? xd

It's a slow technique, Tobi had enough time to wrap Sasuke into his dimension so it didn't land.

He made him intangible along with him and teleported someplace else to reappear before the kage with him on his shoulder

Logic simply states that Tobi should not have been able to save Sasuke from the Partical Style, Konan stated that it takes longer to absorb himself, so even if Tobi went inside the Partical Style, became intagable and touched Sasuke, he would have been visible after the Dust cleared, so how did Tobi rescue him and have the time to teleport out of it and teleport another place so quick? Tobi isnt that quick, because if he was he would have been able to teleport himself out of Konans Paper Ocean before the tags blew up.

Sasuke was never hit, by the attack. Tobi used his ocular time jutsu to warp Sasuke and himself away from the attack. Then he warped Sasuke and Karin into his pocket universe/dimension. We got no idea what the entire limit of Tobi's visual powers are just yet. We do know that is not able to make just part of him un-hittable. We do know that he is fast, he would have more than enough time to warp touch Sasuke and made him un-hittable, then jump to the spot where he stands. Either jumped or warped.
