The leaf ninja's cant see them why?
Its a bit suspicious that 2 men in black cloaks wouldn't be considered as a threat.

And why cant the bar man see its a guy with a mask and a sharingan, and sasuke is next to him :shrug:.

I know you could say its part of the plot but come on.

Even if the barman knew who they were, as he is obviously a bartender and not a ninja, then why would he draw attention to them when he would likely be the first to die.

Selling drinks is much more profitable than dying in my opinion.
