How the hell did harashima and madara know eachother as kids? There was no village whenthey were that age. From two different clans, that hated eachother

Well this was set many many years ago, we have no idea how things actually went down in those day.

And does harashima says he thought they were friends, maybe at some point madara had a good side

Well of course Madara did, everyone has a 'good side' at some point in their lives. Even when Obito explained Madara's history to Sasuke (this is when we knew him as Tobi/Madara) I thought it was obvious that Madara always had a good side to him. War changes people, for good or bad.

Well, Hashi did not tell him his name yet, or? They didn't know they were from enemy clans and probably didn't care. It was just two children who were playing and competing, nothing big about it. The whole war and hate stuff came later. Plus Izuna was probably too young to play around so his brother was happy to find some kid to play with.

I'm 100% sure that we will learn alot more in the next chapters.

On one hand, you are right and it doesn't make sense that two sworn enemy clans would ever be nearby; on the other hand, at that time clans were hired by countries to fight, they were like mercenaries. The extent to which the Senjus and the Uchihas would be at each other throats probably depended on many factors, including competition during a set time, the overall relations between clan leaders, etc. Somehow, and it's just a hunch, I think the situation worsened and went past mercenary-clan-competition with Madara and Hashirama.

I see that too. The Sasuke/Naruto-like friendship is seen with Jiraiya/Oro and with Obito/Kakashi too. It's a common theme.

Agreed, there are many similarities between Naruto/Sasuke and Hashirama/Madara... not just rivalry but their personality. I bet if young Naruto, young Jiraiya, and young Hashirama got together in a same room, they would have hit off quickly.
