How did the second Tsuchikage become a Kekkei Touta Shinobi

most of us are awere that kenkei genkai abilities are genetic,thus restricted to family members but howcome kenkai tota(more advanced than kg)works?we now they can be passed down from teacher to student but how?i have an answer...or at least i think i have
To start a kg like lava release(earth and fire natures)to be used you have to do chakra of those 2 simultaneously ex:earth release nature on the right hand and fire on the other hand.something impossible for normal ninja.
In a Kenkai tota dust release you use 3(wind,earth and fire) but how?
In my view a KT(Kenkai tota)is preformed by 2 layers of chakra nature.the first one is KG stlye(2 natures simultaneosly)and the second layer is adding the missing nature.
Like these cases:
(Earth+fire)-layer A+wind layer B
(Wind+fire)-layer A+earth layer B
(Eart+wind)-layer A+fire layer B
because KT is an advanced KG it would be natural,and implicit above you need KG to have a KT,and if you note on the first we have lava releases components and my guess is thats 3 tsuchikages KG(Evidence would be his granddaughter having lava release)
how can it be tought?
as long as if you have any kg that uses 2 of those natures and ad the remaing nature you can use KT

so basically those born with lava release who have a wind affinity/mastery and a inherent trait in there genes to combine all three can have access to dust release

theoredicaly any KG besides lava that uses the components of dust release can compose the first layer of chakra nature...all you have to do is use the missing element into the second layer...

so mu does not have to be in onokis family...the single requirement is having an elemental KG

well im assuming the kg is lava release because its the village hidden in the stone

edit - and i dont think weve had a precedence for fire/wind or earth/wind kg in the manga so i cant assume those

and he would still have to be in oonoki's bloodline, because the ability to sync 3 nature manipulations is hereditary nevermind i see what youre saying, i dont know if thats the case but its very plausible
