If he transplanted his eyes to the older brother, and gave his cells to his younger son (similar to how hashi cells are used) then yes it is possible...

Genetics as well as Narutoverse have shown that children are a product of bi-sexual reproduction,
also meaning that there is 50-50 chance you will have differences between siblings ( ie: 1st and 2nd hokage)
