I really dont know how it started. It makes no sense to compare Solo King with some1 like minato.
That wasn't the question bakayaroItachi wins without difficulty with genjutsu.
Minato can't get outta Tsukuyomi.
Nothing else to add.....!They are parallels.
- Both sacrificed a great deal for a relative, and ultimately to save the village from destruction.
- Both where highly respected by hiruzen, and others who knew their stories.
- Both gave a gift to the relative they sacrificed themselves for, and those relatives eventually tamed and honed their gifts, which at first caused them pain.
- Both are in their own ways, "true Shinobi".
- Both are Resurrected to serve further purposes in the manga.
- Both consider themselves failures.
- Both prefer tactical fighting instead of overpowering an opponent.
- Both have extremely high intellect.
- Both have a trump card that defeats most of their opponents. (Itachi genjutsu, Minato S/T Jutsu)
They also resemble the leaf's Light and Shadow Metaphor.
1) Neither used all their techniques, but that isn't required to go all out. Minato was the clear superior. Of course, Obito was a failure the year prior, yet managed to fight Minato on even footing.i just want to point out few things....
1) people say that tobi didn't use all his techs against minato..... i wanna ask ask how do you know minato used all his techs...?
2) if itachi was powerful enough to defeat tobi why didn't he tried to kill him....? off course it can be said to be plot no jutsu.... but by logic it is proved that itachi couldn't have defeated tobi while minato did.....
3) minato was 4th hokage..... do you expect someone to become hokage just because of ftg.....? i don't think so.....
i know they are both uncomparable because both died with their own will.... and both haven't shown full extent of their powers... although i doubt in this respect about itachi coz itachi was revived and has shown all his feats but minato has yet to show us what he can do....
