People that are revived thru Edo Tensei assume the latest condition of their bodies, I guess. The revived First and Second looks young, so that would mean they died quite early (not like the Third for example). If they die young, most likely it's because they were killed during a fight, (death because natural cause most likely happen at old age). This just makes me wondering, how do the first two konoha hokage died? Did somebody (or something) killed them? Who (or what) could have such power?

One other thing, just a thought from the latest episode, Hashirama and Madara don't know each other when they met. But, Izuna and Tobirama seems very familiar with each other. Does this just mean that Madara and Hashirama don't hang out a lot with their parent/family/clan such that they don't know much about their enemy?

The first Hoakge died in a war according to the first Databook and Tobirama was killed by the Kinkaku-force. Kabuto Rigged Madara's corpse, activating the mokuton embedded in his chest ect. Making him "beyond" his prime.

Hate when people say that the 2nd was killed by Kin and Gin. He died by randoms!!! He and the 2 Raikage were almost killed by the Gin and Kin brothers due to an unexpected ambush. THEY WERE NOT THE CAUSE OF HIS DEATH, HE DIED BY RANDOMS
