How did the Elder son have Rinnegan if he didn't have the body of the sage?

I know it sounds like a stupid question- maybe Nbase members just make me doubt everything I think- but okay he inherited his eyes from the sage and did came from the sage who is the originator of both clans but wtf he didn't inherit the body of the sage which was only continued through the Younger son not thru the Elder son so how does he have the rinnegan eye? Is it just because he was born directly from the sage?

(I read the manga, I'm not stupid but I just want to know what everyone else here thinks)

I wholeheartedly agree, but is it still a rinnegan? Are the sage's eyes rinnegan? The sage's body and eyes were meant to be connected as so was the whole purpose of chakra, but why do his eyes go in a spiral motion like the sage's if it's not rinnegan caused by having the body of the sage? Would this mean that Madara has complete rinnegan while the elder son doesn't? Would it make any damn sense that a descendant (Madara) far down the line has a complete eye and the Elder son doesn't?

Well, To me it kinda looks like the rinnegan, but the picture isn't very clear. It sorta looks like the rinnegan combined with the symbol for the uzamaki clan. In my opinion there are four options.

1. It is the rinnegan.
2. It is an entirely new eye, perhaps a development after the EMS when only Uchiha DNA is used, and when Senju and Uchiha DNA is used it makes the Rinnegan.
3. There is some sort of seal on the eye restricting its power or was made specifically by the sage to be weaker than a rinnegan.
4. It is what his Mangekyou sharingan looks like.

The same reasons there arent any dinosaurs running around. They died out. A lizard cant unlock being a T-Rex with enough practice.
Similarly, the Elder son Dojutsu died out, because noone has the genes for it anymore.

No, the sage isnt Uchiha+Senju. That's not how genetics work. Similarly, the elder son isn't pure Uchiha. Some other dojutsu's could have existed before the rinnegan. They might have combined with the elder son dojutsu to blah blah blah blah blah.
