None of those water users would survive. Suigetsu transforms into water. The TBB is a concussive force, that doesn't cause harm to water. Afterwards he couldn't solidify correctly and was knocked out, so he did take a lot of damage.

I always said that in that incident, Kishi actually Trolled bee very hard,Why?

Coz even if Suigetsu turned in to water, his body should have been veporised by the heat generated by that much energy but it didnt.

And the lame explanation for that, oh well he was standing on a lake so he got a lots of water and did not veporise.
