Kakashi taught him. It was part of the class "Chidori 101".

It's nothing but Chakra control. Sasuke's control was pretty good from the start. He learned Chidori in a mere month, for god's sake. Kakashi commented how talented he was in this regard. But he can't learn to walk on water? Okay.

Theres a lot of team 7 interaction off screen

Kishimoto said he wrote more interactions with them before the first timeskip ,but it wasn't included in serialization and it is treated as off panel.

No no no. Chidori is just the usage of one's Raiton chakra to create unstabilized 'static' in the palm of one's hand. It doesn't require nearly as much chakra control as Rasengan. If Sasuke had of used Raikiri in part 1, then you might have had an argument (as Raikiri requires advanced chakra control to increase the density and concentration, and as a result the piercing and cutting power of, Chidori).

That was early part 1 Naruto. Overall, part 1 Naruto had better chakra control than part 1 Sasuke (in the end).

This is such grand rubbish. Lol
