Sasuke simply sensed Naruto because he is Rikudou's yang half, similar to how Naruto sensed Rikudou's yin half when kaguya kidnapped sasuke.

Besides Rikudou Yin/Yang, shinobi cannot sense chakra across dimensions. Thats absurd
