How did Sasuke know where Momoshiki's Planet was?

Can Sasuke visit any part of the universe (and other dimensions) he wants to? I'm pretty sure that Momoshiki's Planet, prior to Sasuke's access, was only accessible by Momoshiki's Rinnegan. So, how exactly did Sasuke get there without any prior knowledge to where it was in the Narutoverse?

i think either in gaiden or boruto movie he mentioned he could sense kaguya's chakra or trackings or something like that. so momoshiki probably had a similar signature.
