How did Sasuke get Juubi's rinnegan?

Izanagi doesn't require Senju and Uchiha DNA... since several Uchiha were stated to have used it in the past, and I do not believe they had Senju DNA in them

It was only a select few. The Uchiha fought the senju all the time so its no problem for them to collect a corpse or two.

Danzo had Senju DNA
Obito had Senju DNA

When Obito made the explanation he used the explanation of yin and yang so regardless of what we feel until proven wrong Senju + Uchiha=Izanagi

Maybe the Rinnegan are his normal eyes from which he can activates the tomoes like an Uchiha activates a Sharingan from normal eyes.

Once he acquired the juubi, thats probably when he went into town and bragged about his feats and got really popular that he got some free stuff.
Got drunk and nailed a groupie that he knocks up and Indra and Ashura were born.

Indra had the juubi eye within his genes but he needs the chakra which Ashura had.
