So quick?
It took Lee months if not years to achieve that speed. I understand the whole him being a genius and all, but what does being a genius mentally have to with his body becoming that fast that quick?

Sasuke only copied lee's tiajutsu but at the time he had that bout with lee, his body could not keep up.
Kakashi also copied Lee's taijutsu when he watched him face Gaara and trained Sasuke in Lee's taijutsu style to greatly increase his speed, which was needed in order to use Chidori.
Sasuke didn't copy the speed just the taijutsu which, when trained in, greatly increased his speed.
And, as Mad Titan Thanos and Genetics pointed out, since he didn't train as long as Lee, he could not keep it up for as long as Lee could.
That doesn't seem to make any sense though. I can understand copying jutsu hand signs, but a body has to be excessively trained first, then he can use the speed he copied from lee.
It's like copying a Usain Bolt. Sure u can copy his technique but in order to achieve his speed, you have to build your body to at least his capacity
Honestly, it was an aspull.
It's the kakashi effect.
Whenever he sits down and actively trains you, you jump tiers in short spans of time.
But Naruto didn't jump tiers from his training with Kakashi
Rasenshuriken naruto is a tier above beginning of part 2 naruto

Through several benefiting plot-shields.
That is not possible. Speed is physical feat, whereas copying any jutsu is possible due to the sharingan being able to detect, examine, and copy the flow of charka.
That is no excuse for an illogical power-up, unless Sasuke is physically capable.
he answered your question.
