How Did Sakura Injure Kaguya but didnt scratch Limbo Madara

It makes no sense. When she tried to punch madara, his limbo intervene and sakuras punch didnt even tickle Limbo Madara.
And the actual Rikudou Madra is more durable than his limbo clones.

So If she couldnt damage Madara, how on earth did she damage kaguya???

After this statement Sasuke said only Six paths chakra can damage him. Sasuke sword and Sakura punch didnt have Rikudo chakra so they didnt have effect.
