How did Sakura become a chunin

Didnt Kakashi say that you need to have your teammates with you to take the chunin exams? But when Sasuke and Naruto were gone Sakura became a chunin did I miss something here?

If the Konoha eldersl find you strong enough then you can be promoted without winning the Chunnin exams. That's what happened to shikamaru.

Well, I don't think the elders (or most adults for that matter) like Naruto very much. They don't trust him becuase he has Kyuubi sealed inside of him. And it's going to be even worse now because of what happened in the last few mangas. (He's up to eight tails).

Yea he did but she doesnt need to participate the chunin exams if someone allready sees she is good enough like she was trained by Tsunade and she knows the best about her

Everybody is chuunin in the Shippuuden season, except Naruto and Sasuke. They're both Genin. ^^

the training with tsunade since tsunade is the hokage she can make her what she wishes and they saw potential. *Shrugs*

Everyone took the chunin exams during the shipuuden time skip(except Sakura wich is why I started this thread) also Garaa is kazekage(wich you probably know) Neji is a Jonin and Temari and Kankouro are also Jonin

That or those stupid elders will blame him for the attack(becuase pein came looking for Naruto) and point out he used the kyubi chakra like that and send him away from the village-that might make a good arc though if they added Sasuke killing the elders in it
