How did people even live during Hagoromo's era?

Not only was Hagoromo's era filled with constant warfare, but it was dominated by monsters. Of course we all know that there was the juubi. There was also the satori (that monster from blood prison). There were also monsters like that one that the Uzumaki clan sealed in Kushina's flashback about her clan. To make matters worse, people didn't have chakara yet! How on earth did they survive?

As for the monsters the uzumaki's sealed, we dont know if they were around then.
Havent watched blood prison so i dont know about satori.

I think they fought with swords and spears .very much like pre konoha clan wars..but without any jutsus like normal ppl
and then a guy named hagoramo tought them to fight with chakra and thousands of years later a guy named Hashirama tought them to form country and fight,now someones gonno teach them something new..

Cowthulhu45 got those parts right, but that Uzumaki "flashback" isnt really a reliable sourceit was more of an example, but nevertheless that thing called Satori was a monster or demon.

I didnt read or see anywhere in the anime or manga where Hagoromo taught the people ninjtsu so they can fight nor Hashirama with the village They both have/had similar goals, they want peace, but they weren't exactly the same, so what did you expect?

Sage created shinobi sect.He travelled throughout the world to spread his ideas and religion, the Ninshu and Hashirama created village system.Yes, the wanted peace and sage didnt spread ninshu for warfare but their ideas just reformed the warfare techniques rather than solving the problem

Im not sure on the words you chose, but i know of the sage of the six paths' work, i dont need to be told.
Hagoromo's teachings of ninjutsu did reform the techiques of warfare, but that is the plot to make it more interesting.
You cant blame them for wanting to change the world

Jiraiya said that there was someone (so6p) who was spreading his religion for peace, that religion was spread by teaching how to use your chakra/ninjutsu.
Hashirama + Maddy were the first to actually accomplish making a country, and soon other clans also signed up to live there and thus the other clans also formed a country, following Hashi+Maddy's example, eventhough it didn't change anything, it's just clan alliances versus other clans with alliances.

I said i dont need to be told about the sage of the six paths' work nor Hashirama and/or Madara.
They're goal was to actually stop children from being in wars, which i think they succeed until they passed on... You cant BLAME them for trying
