How did Orochimaru used Edo Tensei on Minato and 3rd?

I have a question. If Orochimaru couldn't use Edo Tensei on Minato when he fought 3rd Hokage, becuase Dead Demon Consuming Seal how could he use edo tensei on him and 3rd later? Also 3rd Hokage used the same technique on him so i guess he couldn't be edo-tenseied either.

Cause Orochimaru did some research while he couldn't use his arms and he found a way to trick the Reaper and open up the belly of everything the reaper death seal ate which included Hokages 1-4.

Thanks to the 3rd's efforts against Orochimaru, the first 3 Hokage and Orochimaru's Jutsu were sealed in the Reaper. And Minato was sealed with half of the Kyuubi chakra. The reason the 4th's summoning was halted in the Orochimaru vs Sarutobi's fight was because the reaper had his soul.

When Sasuke helped UN-seal them, all 4 became avaible for Edo-Tensei.
