How did Orochimaru get his arms back?

as i recall he was running out of time and needed a quick body replacement and tricked one of his captives and took his body there for he had a new healthy rejuvenated body he was wraped up in bandages after he did the body transfer

he entered a new body, he just didn't feel like waiting 3 more years for sasuke. Remember he went to Lady T but them wanted sasuke after that, since sasuke came late he decide to used another body.
