Could it be that this Orochimaru is a permanent clone and not the real thing?

Did Orochimaru transfer his consciousness inside Anko before being sealed? Kind of weird given that she was nowhere near them.

Does this mean that anyone with a curse mark can have a fake Orochimaru come out of their body?

This chapter made it clear that to put Orochimaru away for good, you have to scour the world for every last trace of him within people and destroy all of them. Essentially as long as there are people willing to sell their soul for info/power, Orochimaru will always be there in some shape or form.

The Orochimaru that was sealed might have been a clone, which used the chakra stored within Sasuke's Curse Mark.

The currently-revived Orochimaru is probably also a clone using the chakra from Anko's Curse Mark, but he has absorbed his remains from Kabuto, which technically means he is the original Orochimaru once again.

I am very displeased that he is back he was meant to be sealed by the Sword of Totsuka. Everyone use to say there's no way he can come back his soul was sealed and now you all go well his chakra is in that person.

I hope you all learn from this people, kishi can do what ever he wants.

well, not enough to fight Madara or anything, but he is very powerful. He's a sannin.

Doesn't make sense, though. To be alive, as with the Edo Tensei, you need your SOUL. Orochimaru ONLY has 1 SOUL. Things like the Death Reaper Seal seal your soul forever, which is why they cannot be revived via Edo Tensei. I was under the assumption that Itachi's Sword would put Oro into a blissful eternal genjutsu, and that it affected his SOUL to. If anyone has theories, it would help me make sense of it too.
