It might be author mistake, ass pull or I guess it's canon any uchiha can do ms techniques without ms eye

I think sasuke did amateseru with regular sharingan eyes and madara did susanoo with no eyes

He never warped with 3T, Kishimoto just didn't want to give an obvious hint. When it was revealed he was Obito he started using MS to warp non-stop.

The reason is simple... We saw Kakashi's Ms and if would see Tobi's Ms too, it would be fact that Tobi is Obito....

Because Kishi wanted to Keep Tobi's/Obito's identity a secret. If they showed us the MS pattern in Tobi's/Obito's eyes, people would already know the connection they had with Kakashi.

As far as i can remember, Itachi used Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu in part 1 but there was no MS design, so people assumed it was his 3 tomoe sharingan. In conclusion, it's Kishi being kishi, keeping the reader unaware for future plot purposes...

Not really. I wanted to create a thread on it way back that the Sharingan responds in accordance with the situation an Uchiha is put in. Izanagi must have developed the same way, along with Izanami. Nothing far-fetched about it.
