Obviously none of us can say for sure, but I don't think it was the real Madara who talked to them, the real Madara had grey hair at that point.

You can't fool someone to revive you from the dead while they believe you're still breathing. Nagato was aware, which means Konan was aware. That only leads me to believe Zetsu knew as well, I'm unsure of the rest.
